REWU and Egyptian Miners Trade Union disscuss Decent Work Partnership

On February 24, 2025, the Rwanda Extractive Industry Workers Union (REWU) welcomed a delegation from the Egyptian General Trade Union of Miners, Quarries, and Salinas Workers (GTUMQSW) led by its President and General Secretary, at the REWU’s Head Office. The meeting aimed to share experiences and propose a framework for establishing bilateral cooperation between the two unions. This collaboration is focused on decent work promotion through capacity building, advocacy, solidarity, and the exchange of professional knowledge.
