On 09th December 2025 in GISAGARA District, REWU, in partnership with World Vision, conducted a training on Child and Adult Safeguarding Behaviour Protocols for partners working in GISAGARA AP (Gishubi& Ndora sectors).
The training aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of safeguarding principles, expected conduct, and procedures for preventing and reporting abuse involving children and vulnerable adults.
Participants were guided through practical examples and committed to integrating safeguarding protocols into their daily work.
They also agreed to improve internal reporting mechanisms and collaborate closely with REWU and World Vision to ensure safe and protective environments across all project activities.
