REWU and World Vision Rwanda Showcase Child Protection Initiatives at JADF Open Day
Representatives from the Rwanda Extractive Industry Workers Union (REWU) and World Vision Rwanda came together to participate in the Joint Action Development Forum (JADF) Open Day in Gisagara District. The event, held from August 20th to 22nd, aimed to highlight initiatives that the District’s partners are implementing for the benefits of the local population and district’s development.
During the event, REWU and World Vision Rwanda showcased various programs and projects that focus on child protection and well-being of children.
From educational campaigns to community outreach activities, the organizations demonstrated their commitment to ensuring that children’s rights are upheld and protected.
REWU and World Vision Rwanda also took part in a similar event in Karongi District from August 22nd to 23rd. Here, they provided important messages on the rights of children and advocated for their well-being within the community.
The JADF Open Day serves as a platform for multi-stakeholder collaboration, bringing together representatives from the public sector, private sector, and civil society to address key issues facing Rwandan society.
By participating in these events, REWU and World Vision Rwanda are able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and work towards creating a better future for Rwanda’s children.
