Additionally, the union works to ensure that workers in the extractive industry have access to decent job opportunities that provide them with a sustainable livelihood. This includes promoting job security, equal opportunities for advancement, and access to social protections such as healthcare and retirement benefits.
Through this program, the Rwanda Extractive Industry Workers Union seeks to empower workers in the sector and create a more equitable and inclusive workplace for all. By advocating for their rights and supporting their access to decent job opportunities, the union aims to improve the overall well-being and quality of life for workers in the extractive industry in Rwanda.
