On Saturday, September 13, 2025, the management team of the Rwanda Extractive Industry Workers Union (REWU), in collaboration with the management of Trinity Metals Nyakabingo Mine, conducted a training session for REWU trade union leaders and departmental heads. The focus of the training was on compliance with labor laws, understanding company regulations, and aligning with the company’s vision.
The event was attended by several key figures, including the company’s General Manager, Mr. Justin, Human Resources Manager, Ms. Francine, the Secretary General of REWU, Eng. Andre Mutsindashyaka, and the Deputy Secretary General, Mr. Jean Marie Vianney Bwanakweli.
