From October 20th to October 22nd, 2022, the Rwanda Extractive Industry Workers Union (REWU) held a workshop on the National Early Childhood Development Program which is being implemented in partnership with UNICEF Rwanda.
This training, which was given to workers in Rutongo Mines Ltd, seeks to explain the Early Childhood Development in Rwanda, ECD Pillars, responsibilities of parents, educators, REWU, providing ECD services, making children’s toys, Children’s rights and business principles.
Such training is provided in order to continue to strive for the well-being of REWU beneficiaries to promote the rights of children and mothers.
